Mike Sullivan is a Project Manager at Annese Electrical Services, where he started in 2010. Mike is a licensed Massachusetts Master Electrician and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2008. Mike has taken on numerous roles over recent years and has dedicated himself to studying any material he can get his hands on relevant to each position.
Cynthia Micheli joined Annese Electrical in 2007 and has since been a pillar of the Administrative team. Her exemplary dedication to her role is apparent, as she juggles payrolls with AIA billing while continually adjusting rates and burdens—not to mention swift coordination of paperwork relating to project maintenance, prequalifications, and change orders! Above all though, what sets Cynthia apart is her priority for getting the job done quickly yet accurately. She’s always ready to drop everything when colleagues need help.
Angie Kelley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration and accounting. Currently, she works in the Administration & Accounting department at Annese where she manages a range of responsibilities, including A/P, A/R, safety management, HR, Certification management, invoice processing, and PO management. Prior to joining Annese, Angie worked at Westongraphics as an assistant manager and was a Bally Total Fitness personal trainer. She is highly motivated to continuously improve her skills and welcomes new challenges.
Michael Blotner is an experienced Estimator at Annese Electric, responsible for seeking out bid opportunities, estimating electrical work, and negotiating contracts and material purchases. He started working with Annese during school breaks in 2002 and has held various roles, including Apprentice and site Quality Control Manager. Michael graduated from Endicott College in 2008 and holds a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license, OSHA 30 certification, and a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Security Systems Certificate of Clearance. He believes in taking pride in his work and finding motivation through working on things he cares about. Michael lives in Plymouth, MA with his wife, son, and dog.
After starting as an apprentice, Bryan Legge rose through the ranks at Annese Electrical to become their esteemed Chief Estimator. With over two decades of experience and a Journeyman’s license under his belt, he has used both expertise and relationships with general contractors to move the company forward in exceptional ways.
Rick Laham has over four decades of experience in the electrical and construction industry. As a Special Projects Manager at Annese, he is responsible for project management, planning, and execution. Rick has worked on diverse projects ranging from historic restorations to installations for the US Navy and Air Force. He is a licensed Massachusetts Master Electrician and has received OSHA 10 and 30 certifications. Rick believes in continuous learning and has high expectations for himself and his team.
Derek Pratt is a highly experienced and strategic-thinking General Foreman/Project Supervisor at Annese Electrical Services. With almost two decades of experience in the electrical contracting industry, Derek brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He is responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring that they are delivered within the stipulated time, resource, and budget constraints. Derek is a licensed Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician and has received OSHA 30 certification. With a work philosophy about teamwork, he believes that working towards a shared goal maximizes the individual strengths of team members to bring out their best.
Frank Brady first joined Annese in 2005-2006 and then returned in 2015. In his current role as Vice President, Frank is responsible for vendor and subcontractor coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, project budgets, labor tracking, and ensuring projects are completed on time. With over three decades of experience in the electrical contracting industry, Frank’s career path has included working as an Apprentice, Foreman, and Project Manager. Frank is a licensed Master Electrician in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. His work philosophy is to show up every day and do his job to the best of his ability, with a focus on profitability for the company.
Bill Jacobus is a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager at Annese Electrical Services. With over 20 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He is responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts, preparing project budgets, scheduling manpower, overseeing the submittal and change proposal process, and managing project closeouts. Before joining Annese, Billy worked for his family’s business in various roles including Electrical Apprentice, Estimator, and Project Manager. He is a licensed Journeyman and holds a security license and OSHA 10 certificate. Billy believes in treating people with respect and recognizes the value in not putting things off until tomorrow (do it today!).
Mike Reynolds has been a vital part of Annese Electrical Services since 2004, currently serving as the Treasurer. His responsibilities include overseeing all daily operations, managing Estimating personnel and Project Managers, and placing General Foremen, Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentices in specific job sites. Mike is also involved in business development, reviewing project budgets, and analyzing workforce labor requirements. Before joining Annese, Mike gained invaluable experience in the field and the office working for a local family-owned commercial electrical contractor. Mike is a licensed Massachusetts Master Electrician and Construction Supervisor and has received OSHA 10 and 30 certifications. Mike believes that teamwork is the key to successful ventures, and he enjoys boating, skiing, golfing, and going to Bruins games in his free time.
Melanie Legge is the President, Director, and Owner of Annese Electric Services, and has been with the company since 2004. Melanie is a cum laude graduate of Babson College, with a double major in Economics and Finance. Before joining Annese, she worked as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Industry at JP Morgan Chase. At Annese, Melanie’s responsibilities include strategic leadership, business development, and financial management. She is committed to maintaining a family-oriented culture at the company, where employees are respected and valued. Melanie sits on the Board of Directors of NECA Boston and The Friendship Home in Norwell. She is also a former board member of the Scituate CORSE Foundation.
